Representing Dallas homeowners and future homeowners, Akash is committed to listening to his clients' needs and utilizing his keen negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction. His background in marketing, fundraising, business management, and product marketing has helped him become a successful agent.

 

Akash was originally born in New York, raised for a few years in India, and then moved to Indianapolis, Indiana to complete his education at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He is fluent in multiple languages which include Hindi and Punjabi. After graduating college, Akash moved to New York to pursue his career in Marketing with top FinTech SaaS companies.

 

He made the move to Dallas during the pandemic with his parents and decided to buy a house in Frisco, TX. He originally planned to move his family to Dallas from Indianapolis and then go back to New York but Frisco was everything he was looking for so he decided to stay and call this his new home. He was starting his real estate in New York just before the pandemic but plans changed.

 

He joined real estate to work with people directly and make an impact in their lives by helping them find their new homes. His interpersonal skills, availability, work ethic, and market knowledge is what sets him apart from other agents in the DFW market. He puts his client’s interests first and consistently delivers excellence.

 

Akash’s background in fundraising leads him to his career path in Marketing and Real Estate. His drive to help people was his "why" that motivated him to pursue his career in Real Estate. He was heavily involved in an international movement, called Dance Marathon, which raises funds for a local children’s hospital. He participated in Dance Marathon because he wants every child to have the happy and healthy childhood they deserve. He joined this movement because he believes that every kid deserves to have a fun, carefree childhood, which is not possible if they are in and out of the hospital constantly. Over his four years, he collectively raised just a little over $9,500 for Riley Hospital for Children and served as the Director of Marketing for two years and the Vice President of External Relations in his last year.
